In a small, yet tall, and abandon office building lies one of Team Plasma's bases. It looks completely empty, at least from the outside, and there is rarely, if ever, anyone seen going in or out. Most of the people that work here are scientists, studying the evolution of Pokemon and what makes them tick. There are a few grunts usually stationed here as well, meant to protect the building if anything goes wrong.
