Team Rocket HQ

There is a building near the center of the city, which looks like a little shop that sells misc items to people passing by. There is a basement, where things are usually kept. However, under a large box, is a trap door that leaps further underground. If you follow the ladder, you'll find a large base where it is used to keep many people. This is the where the Johto branch of Team Rocket stays. There is a training facility here for people to train at, a lab where new members can receive their starters, and a place for everyone to sleep.
