The first opponent you face in the Elite Four is Miss Cure Elliot. Now of course, she has some rules and information that will help you battle her.
Rules;--It is a series of single battles. There are no double battles at all.
--No healing of the Pokemon unless it is through their own moves. This means your potions and revives cannot be used, they will be needed for the much more challenging Trainers you will face before becoming Champion.
--Challenges are always accepted and can happen at any time you are ready.

Information;
--The arena consists of multiple platforms that climb up from the very bottom. It is easy for all Pokemon to jump between the platforms and travel around the arena.
--Lining the bottom of the arena is water that will slowly rise as the battle goes on.
--Around the edge of the arena is a ledge for the trainers to walk on as they battle so they are not confined to one little area.
-- The water will stop rising just beneath the ledge, leaving only three platforms available.
--After the top of the final platform there is a twenty foot gap before the ceiling finally appears.
