The only way to tell the two apart is by knowing them rather well. They both have the natural beauty that leaves your mind wanting more. They both have the natural lavender eyes, though Laura's are far more pale. Their faces hold the same soft features and the same bone structures. When they were younger the pair looked exactly alike. Though as the years passed, they each grew differently, changing ever so slightly so that a stranger may mistake them, but not a close friend. Cure let her hair grow out into two long pigtails. A few hairs that are two short to reach the ribbons that tie her hair back are often left hanging, outlining the smooth curve of her face. She leaves her bangs at the tip of her eyebrows so that no one can see the horrid forehead she has. Or at least, she thinks she has. Because of how she likes to wear her hair, she learned to cut the back as short as possible. Most of the time before she did this her hair would be so heavy it would feel like people were ripping out her scalp or she was stepping on her hair. Compared to Laura, Cure's hair looks faded and far more pale than her twin's, but by herself, the shade of blue is perfect. In fact, that is a reason Cure doesn't like to stand next to her sister for too long. Of course, there are more reasons. When both girls started to hit that time in their life when their bodies matured, Laura got a few... advantages. The young girl had been so obsessed with training and working out that she missed out on a few things. She got the tiny hips and the lean, perfect body. It would have been a perfect swim suit body but Laura got all the boobs and left none for Courtney. Though she may be skinnier than her twin, she wished she had the bust to go along with it. Everyday it makes the sister a little more jealous than it did the previous day. Finally you come to Cure's fashion sense. She loves to wear shorts that are often "too short" as old ladies say. She loves to reveal all that she has to offer, well at least when she isn't working. Regardless of the weather she will still wear the shorts, though if it does become too cold she finds the tightest thigh-high socks she can and wears them, accenting her tiny little legs. Her shirts often vary because of the cold, but one thing is for sure, she can always been seen wearing something that either reveals her midriff or ★ GENERAL ★P E R S O N A L I T Y: Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. There are so many complicated things to how Cure acts that it is impossible to find a place to start. Well, for one, she couldn't be more different personality wise that her twin. They are complete opposites when it comes to how they act and for once, Cure loves it. When it comes to character traits, the pale blue haired girl got the better of them. She loves being better than her sister at something, and since natural looks didn't cut it, she worked hard in so many other things to be better. Some people find Laura's shyness cute, but when compared to Cure? Well let's just say that she outshines her from many different angles. For one, the competitiveness that resides in Cure. It can be seen in the fact that she tried to out do her sister constantly and elsewhere. She refuses to lose a battle with her Pokemon. She won't even stop when her Pokemon have all been knocked out. Even then she still tries to beat the opponent through just simple words. Of course it never works, but it's always worth a shot. Even though she's the first Elite, she's there for a reason. She hardly ever lets anyone pass her when it comes to the fights. Not only does she refuse to back down but she also intimidates them with her strange personality. Cure doesn't want to move up in her position either. She wants to remain the first so that she can battle everyone who beats her sister and beat them instead. It's almost like payback for not losing to Laura. Regardless, competitive? Yes. If you can't see it, then you are blind and need your hearing checked. Laura and Cure. Oh how interesting they are. Or at least it is interesting to see how they react to one another. Cure has so much love built up for her sister that it comes out all wrong. She only wants the best for her twin. Courtney only wants her to be happy and live a good life, yet she goes about it all wrong. To anyone watching them it looks like Cure hates her sister to all extremes. She will often yell, push and punch the pale-eyed twin just to get her to do something. She forced her sister to take on the gym leaders and work on becoming Champion. It can be debated that it was for Cure to show her sister up, but Cure knows that they needed the money from winning battles to survive. Regardless their determination led them to where they are. It is also determination that keeps Cure pounding of Laura for not having a boyfriend. She just wants her sister to be happy, and her sister can't be happy unless she has found someone she truly loves. Some people will say that Cure is a complete bitch no matter how you look at her. That is true, in a sense. She is extremely strong-willed and won't stop until she gets her way. She often tells people it's her way or the highway, and she means that without a second doubt. She would rather have a person forever leave her presence than not agree with her. There is no middle ground for Cure, just her ground. She's stubborn and won't give up. This is partially due to her competitive nature but also comes into play because of her history. When she was little she couldn't afford to give way in the slightest. Any budge in her attitude would mean people wouldn't take her as seriously as they did with the attitude of never giving up. Her Pokemon even have this attitude after the extensive training she puts them through. She loves her Pokemon, and they know that, and they love her too, but to an on-looker, she looks like the worst trainer in the world. The cold hard truth of it is that she will push the creatures until the point of death because of how good she wants them to be. She even pushes herself that hard in training just to remind the Pokemon how much she loves them. There are some days set aside just for training. On those days the team and their trainer won't come back until long past midnight. She has it posted on her schedule for all to see that from four in the morning until midnight on every Friday she is gone. She is completely unreachable at those points in time and can't ever be found. If you need her on a Friday then you're out of luck. In general with Cure, unless you are her close friend or her sister, you're out of luck. It's not that she's anti-social, no she's quite social... It's just that... Well she is difficult for most people. Most people don't know how to react to her personality, though she knows how to react. If you are a man then you are either getting in bed with her or being set-up with her sister. If you are a woman then you had best be on your way because she will start a fight with you. That's as simple as it gets. There's no "let's be social" term in her vocab, unlike her sister who can be social on any occasion. It's simply just sex or fight. Really there aren't any other options. Everything in her personality leads up to those two things... Alright, sex might be a little bit of a surprise but who can blame her? Fun is fun right? ★ H I S T O R Y: The story of Cure's life starts with Laura. Courtney Danielle Elliot and her sister lived in the womb together for nine months before being popped out to a family that would soon change. Their mother died birth, barely giving them any time to know what "motherly love" actually felt like, let alone, remember it. Life seemed simple to the two little girls. They hardly knew any better. They didn't know what was right and what was wrong, they were just infants. Without a mother in sight, and only their father to go on, things went wrong. But could the two little babies tell? No, they were left in their cloud of innocence to live until someone taught them otherwise. It cannot be placed at exactly what point in time that the idea sprung in the twins' heads, but it can be known for sure that the idea formed a plan. They didn't like their lives. Their father was abusive and cruel. Laura wanted to get out. Cure wanted to get out. So they did. They left just like that, well, there was plenty of planning and escaping that took place. Regardless of the efforts that were put into it, they got out and became free. It was in this time that the sisters lived on the streets, trying to beg people for food. Somewhere in an alley of the Sinnoh region the young Cure found a strange ball sitting on the ground. Upon opening it she discovered a forgotten Murkrow and took it in as her own. With the assistance of the Pokemon life became slightly easier. Cure almost forgot about her sister for a while, training her own Pokemon, catching more, getting food. Without her careful eye, bad things happened to Laura. She was hit and became blind. Thanks to a kind stranger her sister was fixed, yet the young girl still blamed herself for the incident and became so much more caring. She started to push Laura to be the best that she was. The pair was taken into a caring home by a young couple because of the incident. Cure never felt at home there. In fact, the sister never wanted to stay and spent a lot of her time wandering around Sinnoh. She learned that by challenging the gym leaders she could eventually start to gain money so that she and her sister could live by themselves and not be a burden to anyone. She quickly learned about five gyms in that her effort wasn't going to be enough. Cure started to pressure Laura into challenging the gyms also so they could live on their own. When it was done that they had challenged all eight gyms they found that their money was still too little. With an evil gleam in her eyes, Cure forced Laura to fight the four Elites with her. Somehow in the process of losing they received jobs. Even though Cure didn't win against the Elites she was still satisfied. She lived with the Elites, had a job and could support Laura through everything. It was the newest chapter in her life. A chapter full of travel and joy. ★ OUT OF CHARACTER ★ N A M E: Noem <3 ★ C H A R A C T E R S: Goro Dusan |
