Amber had all her pokemon out they where all helping in some way to get the ranch she had bought cleaned up. The outside didn't look like much the pain was peeling and the steps creaked and the barns needed to be cleaned out before she could start any breeding. The barns had once been used for milking Miltank's. So she needed to rip the stall's and clean out the old hay than hire someone to build separate sections in each of the two barns. Hopefully she would have everything up with in the year. It was right about now that she would give anything to be able to walk.
"Good job Gothorita that will be a great help." Gothorita just finished putting in a sort of elevator that wold go up the stairs. They had built a ramp from the ground to the porch the day before. The house was almost done. On the inside at least.
Flash galloped among the tall grass along side the creek before stopping and grazing.
Viper flew up high in the sky watching for their guest to help guide them to the house. If they didn't know the house was down the path between the apple trees they would pass right by it.
While Spring, Torch, Jinx and Chance all worked inside the house getting it ship shaped.

"Drago!"
It'd been a while since he'd been able to fly around with Dragonite, and he could tell that the Pokemon was quite happy that he was able to fly his trainer all this way. The dual type Pokemon actually liked flying long distances, so of course, he didn't mind taking his trainer all the way to Sinnoh. It wasn't like it was that long of a journey, anyway, nor was Max too heavy for the large Pokemon. He actually fit well on his back as well, and he was usually able to fit another, smaller Pokemon there, too. Although, he didn't want to stress him anymore than he should have, since they already had to go a long-ish way, and he was his ride back as well.
"Hey, I think that's it down there!" Max said as he pointed down to the ground, having to shout a little over the roaring wind. The Dragonite looked down as well, before giving a happy cry and descending.
He had heard from the letter that the ranch was in need of some repairing and building, and it looked like some Pokemon were working on it from down below. He also saw a Flygon, and he was sure that the Pokemon was Amber's, the girl was meeting. He had made sure to bring Chigger as well, and she seemed happy in actually going somewhere. Max was rather happy, too; he wasn't really good at breeding, and he hoped that maybe Amber could help him out a little with it as well. Dragonite landed in one of the empty little fields not too far from the house, his wings making the grass move and rustle below them until he finally landed and Max clambered off.
"Thanks, buddy," Max said happily as he pulled out the Dragon type's Pokeball. "You deserve a rest. Return!"
"Drago!" said the Dragon-type happily as, in a flash of light, he was absorbed back into the Pokeball. Max clipped it back on his belt before taking a moment to look around.
Amber was kind of right; it looked like it needed a little re-doing. However, it was probably easy to fix if you had the right amount of help. He and his father had help from their Pokemon whenever they were making his ranch, and he was sure that Amber had a few Pokemon of her own to help. If not, then Max would be happy to help as long as he was here. It wasn't as if it was a big chore, and it was the least he could do to help. With one last look, Max grabbed a Pokeball off of his belt and jogged around to the front of the house, where he had heard commotion going on in the first place. There, he found a girl in a wheelchair with her Pokemon, obviously building some sort of machine for her.
"Uh, hello, are you Amber?" he asked as he jogged up to her. Well, at least now he knew why she couldn't make it to his farm.

Viper spotted the dragon type pokemon long before it reached the house and led out a cry before soaring down to the ground to alert them they where almost here than went back to work.
Flash reared up and let out a cry as the Dragonite landed just feet from where the tall grass hid it. It galloped away heading for the porch. She gave her head a shake and stomped her hooves a few times before settling back down.
Torch stood by a small pile of leaves, branches and other burnables from inside the house and around the yard. He set the leaves a flame before running up the porch and standing in front of Amber and looking at the stranger as it approached. "FLARE," he cried out.
Amber smiled at Viper and nodded. When Flash came galloping over she wheeled over to it and padded her head and made soothing sounds. "Max I presume? Looks like your Dragonite frightened my Rapidash." She smiled and laughed almost. "Yes I'm Amber this is Flash, Torch, Viper, Chance, Jinx and Spring." She said pointing to each pokemon as she said there names. Chance looked up from where he was on the ruff working on prying off the old shingles and replacing them. As the old ones where ripped off Gothorita sent them into the bon fire. "As you can see we have allot of work to do. The inside is pretty much all done once the outside of the house is done we'll get started on the barns." Amber wondered how he would react to her being in a wheel chair.

"Startled your...? Oh, I'm so sorry!" he apologized, albeit with a slight laugh. "Sometimes I get so caught up, I forget that some Pokemon aren't used to those kinds of things. A lot of my other Pokemon are, so I sometimes accidently forget. And yes, my name's Max."
After the girl introduced herself and her Pokemon, Max couldn't help but look around again. She was right; it kinda did need some work on it. Mostly the exterior of everything, it seemed. He couldn't help but guess that she probably bought it off of someone - weather it was the government or a person - who hadn't taken much care of the place, or hadn't been here in so long that they hadn't seen the decay they had left it in. Either way, it needed some work.
"Hey, it's not problem," he assured once he came back to the real world. "If you want, I brought some of my other Pokemon with me, too, and I'm sure I could get my dad to send my Pidgeotto along with my other Pokemon for some help around here, as long as I'm here. Well, if you don't mind the help, that is."
He would have hated to intrude on her work, after all. He knew some people who liked to do their own thing and not have anyone else help them with it, although he would have been glad to help. And he was sure that his bigger Pokemon wouldn't mind the workload, either.
"Oh, that's right," Max said as he remembered the Pokeball in his hand. Holding it out, he said, "This is Chigger, my Leafeon. I'm sure you'd like to meet her first."
There was a flash of red, and a form appeared, before the red flashed away and a Leafeon appeared. The grass type seemed shy for a moment, her ears pinned back as she looked around at the strange Pokemon around her. She scuttled back to her trainer for a moment, however, realizing that there was another human, didn't seem to mind so much, obviously guessing that the Pokemon were hers.
Chigger happily trotted over to her, pausing in front of her to sniff her over, before giving her a happy, "Leaf-eon!" in greeting.

Amber continued to stroke Flash's neck. "It's ok accidents happen. She's usually used to it as well but I don't think she was paying attention to her surroundings which is why she was probably so startled. Flash why don't you go help carry stuff to the fire."
Flash nickered softly before taking off to help the others.
She was surprised the boy had a Dragonite. Dragon types where one of the rare pokemon types. "Well it's a pleasure to meet you Max. Amber watched Max look around and smiled. "I can see your wondering why this place is in such bad shape. My great grandfather left the house to me. Back when he was younger he used to breed Rapidash's. That's why the barn is filled with horse stall's. He died when I was but a kid the place has been left on it's own for about ten years now."
"That would be great, help would be very appreciated. As you can see I can't help to much with the clean up but my pokemon are doing their best." She never thought he would offer help.
When Max remembered why he was here she smiled and whistled. Torch came running and stood at the side of her wheel chair. "This is Torch my Flareon." She watched closely as he went to let the Leafeon on.
Amber bent and patted her running her hand down to the tail. The pokemon was obviously healthy and well cared for just like all her pokemon. "Hello Chigger I'm Amber and this is Torch."
Torch stepped forward and looked at Leafeon. A grass type, he could easily defeat it in battle. But that wasn't why it was here. He knew Amber wished to breed them.
