Evan V. Kirran I walked along the seemingly empty route with Snowy, my child hood friend, the male Snover. I rubbed the white middle point on it's head. It gave a few happy cheers.
"Snow, Snover!" It had it's evergreen pine colored hand on my back as we walked side by side. I had my fluffy ice blue jacket tied around my waist despite the cold. Ha! Compared the weather where I grew up this was like sitting on one ice cube.
"Okay, how 'bout we take a break? It's really hot out and you could use a breather. Plus, we might find a new pokemon for our little award winning team. Then we'll take a while to make your moves more stunning and get you a bit stronger!" Snover protested about the stronger part by giving me a good hard slap on the back with it's tail.
"Yeah, yeah. I know your strong, but it's better to be even stronger than regular strong." I veered off the path with Snowy at my side. We disappeared into a cool shaded forest with a pond and a few large elder bushes. I loved ice types, but water types would work for me if they could dwell on land or use ice beam. Or a pokemon that evolves into something icy or watery would be fine for me. Snover and I split up to look, but came back together. I wished something would attack with friendliness or anger.

A level 5 Bronzor came passing by! Ability;; Heatproof Tackle || Confusion || Hypnosis Oh there wasn't anything better for the Bronzor to wander around on its lonely way. No one ever stopped to talk to it, claimed it looked weird and acted funny. Yes it was true that the Bronzor did enjoy to go closer to the ground than others, but that wasn't a reason not to speak to it! So what if it liked the feeling of the tall grass blades running along beneath it? Was that so much to complain about? What if it started complaining about how some Pokemon walked on the grass? Yes, the WALKED on the grass! They didn't float above it, no, they had full on contact with the grass! The Pokemon let out a sigh. It was so lonely, it just wanted someone to understand how it felt, never being accepted by the other Bronzors.
This particular Bronzor, who was thinking about how alone it was and about how it just wanted someone to talk to, didn't notice the trainer searching for a Pokemon. In fact, it didn't seem to be aware of the fact that it was following the trainer as the boy left in dismay to find his Pokemon. Actually, the Bronzor didn't really understand what was going on at all when all of a sudden it slammed into something hard. Surely it hadn't been stupid enough to run into a wall head on, had it? No, when the Bronzor looked around it noticed that it had indeed rammed straight into the back of the trainers legs. 'Oh, why hello there! I'm sorry I didn't see you, I was thinking about how ... lonely I am. Maybe you and I could talk for a while?' The Bronzor nodded as if it were answering for the trainer. Hopefully the boy would say yes.

Evan V. Kirran "Huh, what the?" I looked down to see a little floating pokemon that had run into my legs. It looked like maybe a steal or physic type. I smiled at it as I spun fully around to face it. It was no water or ice type, but it was a pretty cool pokemon to me. Oh, wait. I think I knew this pokemon's name. I looked over to Snover who was walking over to sit beside me. I was mentally asking if it was Bronzor. Well, I was just questioning the name. Snowy gave a nod and sat down beside me.
"Hi Bronzor! You seem pretty cool, would like to join Snover and I in co-ordinating? It's where pokemon show off their moves in a beautiful way to become stronger. Snover and I are headed to Jubelife to a competition. Were training and gathering new friends to join us on our way! I want you to come along and be my pokemon! We have to battle first though..." Snover looked at his feet then back to the Bronzor.
"Snow, Snov, Snow, Snover." <I really don't want to hurt you, but I have to defeat you so Evan can catch you and we can all travel together and be friends!>

A level 5 Bronzor came passing by! Ability;; Heatproof Tackle || Confusion || Hypnosis There it was! The trainer was speaking to it! Oh it couldn't have been a better day, the trainer, saying words to the little Bronzor. Who cared what the human was saying! It wasn't ignoring it so that was the most amazing thing in the world! The incident couldn't have gone better for it. No, this was a perfect little miracle for the blue plate. It had finally found someone that accepted if flying close to the ground. What could have been better? Who knew? Wait, the Bronzor did! Paying attention to the boy and actually having a very long conversation would be better! This was when the little floating Pokemon noticed the big creature near the boy, it was another Pokemon. Oh no! This Pokemon was sure to make fun of it and laugh at it's strange flying.
The Pokemon talked about not wanting to hurt. Oh no, what had the trainer said? Had he said he was going to battle the Bronzor? It didn't want to battle at all, just talk and be friendly. Did the trainer know this? The trainer must know. 'I don't have time to battle, I really must be on my way now! I realize I'm late for... for... sleeping! YES! I am late for sleeping and must go. Have a nice day trainer.' The plate turned it's back and started to leave, he really hoped that the big Pokemon didn't fight him, he didn't want to get hurt at all!

Evan V. Kirran "Bronzor, I want you to be one of my friends!" Snover got ready to use Icy wind, when I stepped right in front of Snowy to block it from hitting the Bronzor.
"No offense pal, but I think Bronzor might be scared to battle you. I'm going to put you in your pokeball and see if I can catch up to Bronzor and talk to it." Snover looked hurt so, I looked away.
"Snowy, return!" I said it loud enough even for the running away Bronzor to hear. I ran after it, stumbling as I went. I finally caught up to it, but tripped on a root and slammed my face into the the leaf covered forest floor. I lifted my mud covered face and wiped it off.
"Hey, Bronzor! Buddy! I want to be your friend! I don't want to battle you. I just want to catch you so we can be friends forever!" I pushed myself up. My whole body ached from falling.
"Am I not good enough for a great pokemon like you? Probably not, I don't have a ribbon or a badge." I sat with my legs crossed. I started wiping mud off of my long scarred arms. My arms had been scarred long ago. I started wiping off my shorts and my legs.
"One question, are you lonely? Because when you ran into my legs you seemed desolate and locked into thoughts. If you are lonely, just join Snowy and me. I promise that big bad Snover wouldn't hurt a fly if he didn't have to. He's a big cold teddy bear! I laughed. I knew the pokemon might be able to uunderstand my feeling towards it through my expression and my kind gaze that accepted it for who it was.

A level 5 Bronzor came passing by! Ability;; Heatproof Tackle || Confusion || Hypnosis With the Bronzor floating away it could feel the Pokemon coming after it, ready to attack. 'Oh no, oh no, oh no,' it said to itself as it heard the trainer calling out attacks. 'I don't want to fight! I don't want to fight!' The blue plate tried to speed up but it couldn't go much faster. Why hadn't the enemy attacked yet? 'Oh no, what do I do now?! It's probably got some hyper beam attack going where it has to charge or whatever.' If the Bronzor had hands it would surely be biting it's fingernails off with worry. It needed to think, what was going to happen.
The Bronzor, after debating with itself for a while, decided it would be best to just attack before being attacked. Now came the hard part, what attack to use. It was such a difficult decision to make. Honestly, The Bronzor didn't want to get close to the enemy Pokemon at all. It was decided then, distance attacks to the win! Turning with sudden, unknown strength and confidence, the Bronzor used confusion. It hadn't even bother to look at what it was attacking before it dove to the ground in order to try and avoid any hyper beams coming it's way.

Evan V. Kirran I looked around as confusion blasted by me. I had jumped out of the way. I slowly walked over to the shivering Bronzor who was ducking down. I reached out and placed a hand on it. I sat back down and gently stroked the top of it's head. Snowy pokeball wiggled so, I put my free hand over it to make sure it didn't come out. I placed the Bronzor so it floated over my lap. I looked at it worriedly and gestured to show that my Snover was gone and wouldn't hurt it. From midsection up, I bowed.
"Hello." I said softly. I uncrossed my legs and stretched out as I propped myself up with my elbows. I was relaxed and showed no sign of hostility. I ran a hand through my hair to fix the messed up spikes. I started humming as I opened my messenger bag and pulled out a container of pokemon food. Boy, was I gonna get it from Snover after what was about to do. I grabbed a near by leaf and sat it on the ground beside the pokemon in front of me. I emptied half the contents of the container onto the leaf. I gestured to the leaf and scooted back in defeat. I at least wanted the pokemon to know that I was a nice human. I didn't want my offensive action to take an influence on the Bronzor's thoughts of human. I gave a huge friendly smile and a small laugh.
"Go ahead friend." I really didn't want to be a threat.

A level 5 Bronzor came passing by! Ability;; Heatproof Tackle || Confusion || Hypnosis After it dove to the ground for fear of being attacked, it was attacked. Had the Bronzor's attack even done anything?! It began to sniffle quietly to itself as the teeth of the enemy wrapped around it. This was it, the blue Pokemon thought to itself, I'm going to die here, this is all I have left. The trainer said something but through the sheer pain of being eaten it didn't hear what the boy said. Probably something like 'Eat it faster!' Oh the terror! There wasn't anything at all left now. 'Hurry up with the deed you foul beast!' the Bronzor shouted as it squeezed it's eyes tighter. What was worse than the suspenseful waiting of death?
Food.
What? No, that wasn't the answer but that was the next thing that popped into the Bronzor's mind. It could smell food. What was going on? Opening it's eye just a crack it saw a leaf full of food right in front of it's face. Oh how nice! The Bronzor took a bite, eating the leaf hole as if it hadn't eaten in days... Well actually it hadn't eaten in a day because the Bronzor had been too afraid to go find food that morning. 'Ya know,' The Brnozor said, chewing it's food, 'You aren't that bad of a guy. I like you. Please take me with you. I don't want to be made fun of anymore!'

Evan V. Kirran "You're super cool!" I pulled a cloth from my messenger bag and started wiping dirt and muck off of Bronzor. I smiled at my grooming work.
"Mighty fine work if I should say so myself." I sent out Snover so it was behind me. I looked at Snover.
"I think Bronzor will join us! Can you talk to hima nd tell I want to be his friend and that you won't hurt it?" Snover waved a big pine colored and hand and smiled at Bronzor.
"Snover! Snow, Snov, Sno, Snover, Snow!" <Hi Bronzor! I swear that the human over there or I will not hurt you! We want to be friends! Evan, the human, wants to be your friend, but he needs you in a pokeball so you can travel with us. I hope that's okay, is it?> I still sat with Bronzor and I was rubbing his head in a friendly way.

A level 5 Bronzor came passing by! Ability;; Heatproof Tackle || Confusion || Hypnosis The trainer was talking but it didn't really register with the Bronzor again. Rather the blue Pokemon was off, lost in thought as the boy talked. He was talking to it again! It was a miracle that the words flowing through the air weren't rude remarks or snooty comments. This trainer in general was a miracle. How he had picked the little Pokemon up off the ground, cleaned it, fed it, talked to it!!! That day was a very good day for the little plate. Suddenly there was a flash of red light and the good day went a little rough. The Pokemon dove toward the trainer, trying to protect itself from the new enemy until the enemy spoke.
Blah blah, friends, blah blah, won't hurt, blah blah blah. YAY! Things were good again for the Bronzor! What could be better than not being hurt by the trainer or its Pokemon, being friends with them and more food? NOTHING! The Bronzor was so eager to speak that it wasn't sure it's words were even understandable. 'Oh of course I will go with you! PLEASE TAKE ME WITH YOU! The other Bronzor's make fun of me and are mean. YOU ARE NICE PEOPLE. Please don't leave me here.' The Pokemon nodded, awaiting it's carriage to be taken away.

Evan V. Kirran Snover looked back at me and nodded it's head, but you could tell it was weirded out. I patted Snover on the head as it stepped behind me. I looked at the Bronzor.
"We'll be great friends, besides, your confusion attack was great!" I pulled a pokeball from my messenger, I looked at Bronzor for a while. This was a good choice. I gave a warm smile. I tossed the pokeball into the air.
"Pokeball, I need you now!" The mysterious red light flashed out of it and picked the small and happy Bronzor up. It winced as the ball hit the ground. It was wiggling and jiggling slightly, but not a lot. I looked at Snover with a worried glance. I was just wondering if the little floating pokemon was alright in that contraption. If I actually catch, I promised myself to play with and let it out as soon as I hear the click of a successful capture.
