He has a thin wiry frame that hasn't quite matured yet. He has a round face with a slightly pointed chin. He weighs about ninety three pounds. Zephèl's hair is ice blue and is short and spiky. His skin is very pale from living in a cold climate his whole life. His ice blue eyes seem to always have a troubled look to them and he rarely ever smiles. Zephèl wears all blue as it is his favorite color. From dark blue jeans to a dark blue t-shirt. On his shoulders is a silver while armor that protects his shoulders, back and neck as well as part of his sides. There are man scars on his back and sides. One of of the most prominent scar's run across his left eye. He is partially blind in that eye. Attached to his armor is a pure white cape with light ice blue edging. Zephèl is a nerd. He loves science and creating something out of nothing. He always has his head in the clouds and rarely pays attention to where he is going until he runs into someone. When that happens he tends to just mumble a quick apology and continues on his way. Which tends to anger some people. But they can never get him to fight or even argue he never lingers long enough for a fight or argument to ever really happen. To this day there is a deep sadness inside him that shows through him. It is usually one of the first thing people notice about him is the sadness in his eyes. Underneath the sadness and his love for a science is a caring and honest person. He just need help guiding that side of him out. Zephèl loves Ice type pokemon and wants to become an Ice type breeder. His mother died giving birth to him. It was a hard birth in which Zephèl himself almost died as well. In the end they told Anna that only one could be saved. They gave her the option of either saving the baby or her. Zephèl's father was all for letting him die and saving his wife. But Anna already loved her unborn son and choose to save him. They tried to leasing her pain by giving her drugs but she was still in allot of pain. When he was born Anna held him for only but a minute. She had just enough time to name her son before she died. The doctors did everything they could to save her but failed. His father grieved deeply for his wife and hated his son. He blamed Zephèl for the death of his wife. And over the years he did not think twice about punishing his son harshly for the smallest things. At the age of four Zephèl received his first scar. His father was enraged and drunk. He picked up a empty bear bottle and threw it at his son. He gained several cuts from it when it smashed against his head as well as a concussion. But the worst cut went across his left eye. The shard of glass severely injured his eye. They where able to mend it. But he never regained sight in that eye. Over the years he gained several more scars. He learned to avoid his father as much as possible. It wasn't always possible. At the age of nine police came to his home and took him away. Zephèl was taking to a foster home where further surgery was done on his left eye to try and repair his sight. The succeeded slightly. They where able to repair it enough that he could slightly see through that eye. The foster parents kept him a few years long and refused to let him start his journey until he had gone through therapy. During this time he dived further into science. He had always been into science and technology but now even more so than ever. He would take springs and screws and other pieces from things lying around the house that where no longer used. And used them to create totally different things. It was during this time that he created what he calls the Scanner. A bright white scanner with see through blue glass in the middle. Over his left eye it sets. It enhances his eye site and allows him to scan pokemon to see what level they are and what moves they know. With the scanner his left eye is almost as good as his right about a twenty, fifteen while his right is twenty, twenty. But when it is off it is twenty, five.
