Trovita to Valencia ((Open for Modding))

I slowly pushed open the glass doors to the gigantic lab. My heart felt cold as I walked in. I jumped as I heard a tapping noise, but it was only a slowpoke that was scratching it's self outside the window. I gave a nervous laugh and looked around. The whole place seemed empty. I looked to the right then the left. On the right was anothy pearly and pretty hallway. To the left there was and enormous case of books. I took a book off the shelf which said 'The Onix Haven' on the spine. I looked through it until I remembered what I was here for.

"Ahem, ah, hello? Is anybody home? I came here to get a starter pokemon. I come from Trovita!" I called this out loud enough for pthers to hear it.

"Ah, Trovita! I heard it was a quaint little island this time of year," came an almost sing songy voice.

There was a moment of silence, before a woman appeared out from behind one of the bookshelves, a smile on her face. Next to her, a Raticate, hopped and stumbled, obviously trying to keep up with her. She had a rather nice smile on her face as she looked the girl once over.

"The Onix Haven," she said when she noticed the book in the girl's hand. "Now there's a book I don't mind reading over!"

"Raticate!" exclaimed the Pokemon next to her, nudging her leg with it's nose. The professor jumped, seeming to realize why she had come around from the back.

"Oh, excuse me, where are my manners?" she chuckled. "I'm Professor Ivy. You've come here to get a Pokemon? Well, we only have our three main starters, but do you know which one you're wanting to get?"

I looked at the professor in surprise. I quickly put the book back in it's spot. I looked at the woman in front of me. Not what I expected.

I, um, kind of wanted a Poliwag if that's okay. It's small enough to ride on Staraptor, but not too small to battle with. Not that I judge a pokemon's ability by size, but I just like something bigger. I bowed my head in thanks for allowing me to choose. It was great that I'd get a real starter and not some..phony. I smiled kindly at the professor and pulled out my only pokeball.

I have a one pokemon that's all the way from Sinnoh! Star, say hello! I threw the pokeball up and out came Staraptor with a loud howl. The big bird pokemon looked around in confusion. I laughed and patted it head.

Thanks to this pokemon, I'm here today! Plus, Star needs to approve the pokemon I choose.

The professor smiled. Well, at least she could get along with Pokemon, it seemed. That was a good sign, she knew.

"So a Poliwag, is it?" she asked as she turned and walked towards a table. On it were a few Pokeballs and a couple of bags. She grabbed one Pokeball and one bag, of which seemed to have some items in it, before turning and walking back towards the girl. "Here you go!" she said happily as she gestured the bag and Pokeball to the girl. "The bag has all of your items you'll need for now," she informed, "and the Pokeball has the Poliwag inside of it."
