APPERANCE: liz looks like just about any child her age; she stands at about five feet and three inches, lucky to top above four feet, which by most standards, is quite small. her hair is a blue-green color at first glance, and ends just below her small waist. her blue eyes are considered "pretty" by most of the care-givers at the orphanage. her skin is a faint tanned coloring, due to her liking to sit around in the playground on nice days and reading books when she is allowed to. liz is counted as petite at first glance; even though she likes running around and playing and wrestling with the other children, and eats enough for her age, she is still pretty skinny and thin-looking to others. the doctors merely say that this just due to a high matablism that most all children.

her clothing isn't that much fantastic from the other children she plays with. her basic clothing consists of a pink dress - of which she aboslutly hates - with a red rose - which is fake - pinned to the right front of the shoulder. the back has a big red bow that someone has to tie back for her in order for the dress to shape to her body. this dress is kept up by red straps an inch across. the edge of the dress is waved out to give her a smaller appearance than she already has. her matching shoes are red flip flops that are really dirty in comparison to the rest of her body; the red frilled out flowers on the bridge of the shoes are torn up, and red of the flip flops are dulled out where dirt and mud act as a stain against their coloring.

another one of her dresses are for the occasions of when someone is coming to perhaps adopt her; it's a fully white dress that frills outward. there are red x's that start just below her waist and are spaced an inch apart until her chest; a red flower tops it off. an inch away from the top and the bottom is a black frill meant for decoration. this dress does not have any straps holding it up, however is tight enough to not fall off of her. her hair is usually up in ponytails at this point in time with red ribbons that are tied into bows. her shoes are are nice school tennis shoes that liz believes are more dress shoes than tennis shoes; the people at the orphanage just wants to her believe that they're tennis shoes so she won't complain about what she's wearing. she often wears a technicolor butterfly necklace with this outfit.

her "play" clothes are more comfortable in her sense; a grey sleeveless and strapless shirt with orange flowers where her sleeves are supposed to bridge out from the shirt it self. there are large and black seeable stitches along her sides of the shirt; ending at the waist as does her baggy shirt. many are surprised that this shirt stays up in the first place. around her arms, from elbow to around her hands, are black "gloves" with no fingers and a grey cloth wrapping around them. the ends are thick white cloth. are pants are shorts that are slightly torn at the edges, a beige coloring with white edges and a tie around the waist in order to keep them up. he shoes are dirty tennis shoes; and white, none the less, making the dirt stains show through easily. with this outfit, she again is wearing that same technicolor butterfly necklace that stands out.

usually seeable on her body are some cuts and bruises that she got from wrestling around with the other children. she doesn't mind getting dirty in what ever she's wearing, which makes sense, considering it explains to how she got most of her outfits are dirty anyway. she also carries a clip that can hold pokeballs around her waist; the ones she wears are of course fake, meaning that she really can't catch pokemon of her own.

PERSONALITY:

Tomboy; liz is a total tomboy, anyone could guess that at first glance; she doesn't like playing with barbies, putting on makeup, or acting like a lady like others want her to. instead, she likes playing war games, rolling around in the mud, and hanging around people who just mind to having a little fun running around outside and wrestling with others. she often plays with army figures and hates the color pink and any other color like that; greens and blues and oranges are her favored colors. black is sometimes okay. she likes rock music, and often is caught listening to music when she isn't supposed to; at full blast, too. she often gets scrapes and such when she is playing, and some of the people are the orphanage are worried about her because of her attitude; many families are looking for a girl, not someone who won't act like one.

Literate; although she is a tom boy, liz doesn't mind a good book or two, and doesn't mind reading during recess. she believes that she can go into her own little world when reading a book, and likes things such as adventure and sci-fi novels, and novels about heroes and knights and fairy tails. she likes reading things that don't exist. she is often caught writing her own novels with similar genre, and even a few people have said they were good for a girl her age. she also likes to draw the things she finds in her books; and make new creatures as well, which brings more light into her mind. although she doesn't know many big words as one would think, she doesn't mind looking up one that she heard someone say. [Although that's never a good idea if that word isn't appropriate for her to even hear or repeat.]

Musical; if there's one thing liz loves next to reading, it's music; she loves dancing to upbeat music and the way that many people write what they're feeling, and how it can be similar to what other people feel, too. she doesn't like depressing music, because she believes that those people weren't feeling well when they wrote it. she often likes to write her own music, too, which is usually how she feels and whats going on in her life. many are happy and upbeat like the music she listens to. she rarely ever lets anyone touch her little iPod; she thinks that someone will break it, and she's saved up a lot of money in order to get it, and she knows it will take longer to get another one. she'd be mad if she had to do that.

Outgoing; liz is liable to go after people at first sight; she likes making new friends and people, and won't hesitate to introduce her self to them if they didn't do so already. she doesn't mind explaining her life to others, and is always open to those she meets. [sometimes a little too open, which really isn't a good thing to do around someone you just met.] she doesn't mind following someone around and getting to know them either; she doesn't judge others for what they do or what they've done in their past. this personality trait is often concealed as not good or smart to do so to someone; it can get very annoying when and eight year old in their face and asking them questions and such, therefore she can easily get on someone's nerves when trying to get to know them.

Spunky; liz isn't afraid to say what she feels to others, and often forgets about how other people feel when saying these things. if she thinks that someone is doing something wrong, she'll tell them so. If she thinks that someone isn't being too nice to someone, she'll inform them of that. And if she thinks that someone is being cruel to someone or something else, then she'll stand for the creature or human in order to help them. although she is easy to get along with, she doesn't like abusers or anyone of the sort, and will show her mean and tantrum side if nessacary. her favorite pose when correcting someone is putting her hands on her hips and cocking them to one side, and cocking her head to the other. many see this posture cute, which angers her greatly if they do.

Dependable; liz likes being there for others; she likes helping others and tries to have others backs when it's possible. she'll always keep a secret of someone's if they ask her to keep it. [although she will tell if it turns out that the person telling the secret is going to harms themselves or someone else.] if one of her friends is being picked on or bullied, she'll instantly stand up for them and usually won't back down without a fight if needed. she'll be there to hold a friend's hand if they need the support, and likes to listen to people talk. [as long as they are willing to listen to her stories as well.] she'll always try to make her friends happy and hates to see others frown and unhappy; a bad spirit likes company, as they always say.

Gullible; along with this little girl's personality, liz can be easily tricked into doing things that she shouldn't, and can believe a lie when it comes her way. she can also be tricked into things that can cause trouble as well; people use a child like her so they wouldn't get in trouble, and because she looks more innocent and is believable that she didn't know what she was doing because she was so young. she often cannot ensue right from wrong, especially in a confusing situation that she might not understand. if someone tells her a story that sounds believable, she might believe it. that's usually a bad thing, considering that he might help the wrong person in achieving the wrong goal; villains will often stop at nothing to get what they want, and using children to get their ways often seems like the way to go.

HISTORY: elizabeth mariee was born originally in fortree city, however was moved to lilycove soon after. her parents at the time where traveling gypsies; they rarely stayed in one place for too long. lillian was a seventh generation gypsy, while her boyfriend was only a second generation. they had caught each others eyes when lillian's group merged with liz's father's during a celebration for the legendary pokemon; they both caught each others eyes, and with a few days, they had committed the dirty deed, at the time at one night stand. lillian had said that she thought of her job as more important, nor was was ready to start a family just yet and having the responsibilities. her father michael wasn't the one to stay in a commitment for too long, therefore merely looked for nothing in this relationship.

however, a one night stand can end in many ways; for this one, it ended up making liz. lillian found out she was pregnant a mere few weeks later, and was able to call michael up after figuring out through some sources that she had picked up. although the man was not liable in staying in a relationship with a women - or anyone, for that matter - he was kind-hearted enough to to venture back to where liz and her group were staying, and started up a conversation of what to do about the situation. they both knew that they were not old enough and mature enough to raise a baby; plus, they traveled around too much without transportation to get the baby to a hospital if is needed to. they didn't know anyone with a suitable lifestyle to take care of the baby, or could afford a baby in the first place.

therefore, they debated over adoption or taking the child to an orphanage; however it would take many days in order to reach where people may have wanted to adopt the child, and they didn't want to take any chances. therefore, they ventured to the Kangaskhan Orphanage after three months of traveling and a showable bump protruding out of lillian's stomach. explaining the situation to the workers at the orphanage, they knew that once they gave the baby to them, the couple couldn't take her back. lillian was almost heart broken, but did want a better life for her child, and thought this to be a better plan. so a few months later, liz was born to two loving parents, and instantly her parents were having second thoughts; but the papers were already signed, and after naming her and filling out the birth certification, they sent her away to be adopted out by another family.

you would think that a small child like liz would be adopted right off when she was dropped off at the orphanage. she was, for the most part; a young couple in their mid thirties unable to have a child of their own due to problems concerning the mother. upon seeing liz for the first time in the nursery, they fell in love with the baby, and within a month had taken her home to live with them. however, all was not perfect, and a few months after keeping her, red lumps and rashes began appearing on her. the couple were getting terribly worried about their new daughter, and took her to the hospital instantly after suggesting that it wasn't due to her crib or anything she wore or slept in. the doctor said that the test results concluded that it was form the Pokemon they were housing; Arcanine and and Persian tended to be long haired Pokemon. Knowing that it would be harder to get rid of the Pokemon than girl, and didn't have enough money for medicine, so they sent her back to the orphanage, and adopted another child with no problems with long haired pokemon.

the next adoption process was to a lonely widow; she didn't have any children, and felt that she was too old to bear a child in the first place. so she went for adoption. upon seeing the one year old liz, she thought she would be able to handle the girl. all of her pokemon, her being too old to handle them, was sent to one of her friend's daycare centers, so she wouldn't worry about that problem. so the adoption process went well, and liz had another new home. which didn't last long; the women was in her mid fifties, and liz was a rambunctious little tyke; too hard for her to handle, she soon found out. so liz was again sent to the orphanage, and the women had adopted an older child that she felt she could take care of. it wouldn't be until the age of three that liz would find her third temporary home.

this time it was a young couple wanting to adopt because they thought that adopting children was the right thing to do; helping out another human being by giving them a family and food and shelter was only the right thing to do. liz seemed like the perfect match for them; she was a very happy go lucky kind of toddler, and loved being outdoors. so within a month they were able to take her to their home to start a family with her. however, within the next few weeks, they found out that her tantrums were the worst; sometimes they couldn't get her to stop crying, and the couple was starting to go mad. it was soon that she was sent back to the orphanage because the couple thought that they simply just didn't get along with the girl. that was the last time liz would find comfort in a family life, however.

for the rest of her time being until now, liz spent her days at the orphanage, making friends with the long-timers and constantly saying goodbye to those friends that had came so close to. she often played outside and in the nearby woods, and had a hell of a time wrestling with the other children. one thing that she got turned down on was her tomboyish ways; many people coming into the orphanage was looking for a nice young lady with manners and who stayed clean; liz was just the opposite. of course, liz never really expected much from these couples, anyway; they weren't her real parents, and she knew that someday they would come and get her and let her travel around with them. at age ten she wants to become a trainer of the sort, however she doubts that; the workers wouldn't let her anyway.
