APPERANCE:Hepzibah stands at 5'3" and weighs 51kgs. Everything about her is very petite, and the ways she holds herself enhances her tiny appearance. She has porcelain-pale skin and large dark eyes framed with long coquettish lashes. Her hair is deep brown and just passes her jaw, falling in tight curls and poofing out around her head. Her cheeks are ever-so-slightly pink and her lips are bitten into a pink-red shade. She has a small freckle just above the left of her upper lip and one beneath her right eye. Her hands are slightly tinged with yellow-green, due to the poor circulation to her extremities. She has B-cup breasts and very little bum to speak of. Her eyebrows are high and arching, often with one raised or both lowered, making her appear to be scowling when she is feeling neutral.
She wears a long black dress with a rippling hem which slants from just below her left knee to just above her right ankle. The dress has an intricate pattern in silver, gold and white beads across the front of the dress, ending just past her ribs. Similar beading adorns the back. She wears shiny leather two-inch heel shoes with buckles and pointed toes.
PERSONALITY: Hepzibah is shy and quiet around strangers, but vibrant and outgoing amongst friends. She is curious and lighthearted, not letting things get to her even when they probably should. If she doesn't want to do something she will put it off for as long as possible and freaks out a little when she realises that she has so much stuff due tomorrow. She comes across as a goof-off and a bit of an idiot, but she is somewhat of a lunatic genius-- she can tell you everything about the evolution of the Pikachu, but has no idea at all what to do when asked for advice on the most basic of social situations. She often gets in trouble with her friends because she didn't realise she'd said something mean.
She likes to do right by people, and gets distressed if someone she knows is upset, especially if they are upset with her. When in the company of others, she usually spends her time running around doing things to make them happy. However, she won't seek out the company of others; if left on her own, she will happily remain that way.
She is also ridiculously fond of Pokemon. Her friends would have to put their pets outside if she was coming to visit, or she would obsess over the Pokemon rather than hang out with her friends.

HISTORY: Hepzibah was home-birthed in Pallet Town, and grew up quite happily there. There was little to do, but she was a child with a computer, and she always had the family pets to play with; Chequers the Purrloin and Ringo the Meowth. It was her relationship with these two that sparked her deep love of Pokemon, and she often asked her Pokemon to let her go and hang out with Professor Oak in his lab. After all, were better to see Pokemon than at a Pokemon Lab?
When she was ten, instead of becoming a Trainer she took up walking the Pokemon of other residents who were too busy. She had to give that up when she was twelve and an Arcanine pulled too hard on his leash and she fell, breaking her wrist. Her mother wouldn't let her take up Pokemon walking again.
She excelled at school, until assignments started piling up. Then her marks started to plummet and she dropped out at fifteen, refusing to spend her time doing things that she didn't want to do. After all, she was mortal and had a limited lifespan-- why spend it doing boring things?
She started purchasing enormous amounts of Pokemon books, spending her time reading up on all the different breeds. Her reasoning was that she didn't need school anyway-- if she became a master Trainer, not only would she have oodles of money, but she would also be able to become a Pokemon professor. After all, she would be a leading authority on Pokemon.
So she learned as much as she could from books, packed her gear, and set off to Oak's Lab, ready to get a Charmander and head on out.
