1.) When buying or selling a Pokemon here, we ask that you role play it out; this gives people a chance to see what your character is like, and gives people more money and post counts as well.
2.) This place is mostly for people who are unable to sell their Pokemon at a ranch or something of the sort; however anyone is welcomed here so long as they follow the rules.
3.) Make sure to follow all of the site rules when role playing here.
4.) What people usually sell a Pokemon for is how long they have had it, it's level, it's moves - weather it has egg moves, TM/HM moves, and/or level-up moves - it's held item, and it's attachment to people; if it doesn't like it's owner, the owner is possibly more likely wanting to get rid of the Pokemon faster than if it likes it or it and it's trainer has a very strong bond.
5.) No trading here; we have a place in the mall for that, thank you.

1.) Many people adopt out their Pokemon simply because they are looking for them to have better homes or for people to better take care of them. This means that Pokemon are of no price.
2.) When adopting, staff asks that you role play it out; it's easier this way and it's true that a Pokemon may want to get to know it's trainer if he or she is going to be spending a long time with it.
