(After "What's your name again?")
All one could hear is laughter from a teen aged boy. Comments about a fight that just took place a few yards away. They had been walking slowly away from the scene of the attack. He didn't return his pokemon. Instead he mocked him to get back at all the bites before. His pants were still torn up from their earlier argument about the little guy's name.
" You should of seen you face with that tackle attack lead up. She beat you down, hard."
"-Grumble-"
"See what happens when you don't listen to me. You get your but kicked....Ow! Stop biting!"
Totodile latched onto his trainer's leg again shaking its head in more annoyance just to mess like he did to him. He let go after more yelling and walked ahead. He would be amazing by himself. It was just that he needed more experience and then you could beat down his trainer and any other pokemon. Wait, he could probably take the boy now.
Matt tilted his head as he heard the pokemon laugh to itself about something. He shrugged and walked faster to pass the pokemon. He was the leader here not this blue brat. Totodile growled when he passed a flash a peace sign. He too sped up to get in front of the 'little boy'. It slowly turned into a battle until Matt just went in a full run.
"Try it now blu..." "TO!"
He face planted as his small pokemon jumped him from behind biting his hood. Totodile wasn't going to lose without a fight. He sat over his trainer's flat body biting his sweatshirt with an irritated growl. That's what he got for mocking him and trying to call him blue. They agreed on a nickname and that wasn't frickin it.

ooc: Interrupting Linoone. <3
Ah, the life of a pickpocket with extraordinary speed. A blur of cream and brown shot through the crowded streets of Cherrygrove Town. The blur stayed in a straight line the whole time, causing those in its path to fall over, stumble, or even shout out in pain. A light snickering could be heard as clawed hands quickly snatched anything considered valuable from purses and pockets. When the speed of running proved to be too fast, the hands just grabbed the entire purse. Heck, they even snatched a briefcase!
The buildings of Cherrygrove fanned out until all that was left was trees and grass--Route Twenty-Nine. The blur continued on, scattering wild flocks of Pidgey and a few Senret. The dual colored blur didn't even notice when it passed a trainer and his reptile water type Pokemon.
Of course, speed like his does have a disadvantage--stopping is a hassle, and turns never happen. This is why the blur was instantly stopped from ramming into a tree only a few yards away from where the trainer was. A rather loud yelp of pain sounded from the being, and said blur instantly took the form of a boy, no older than fifteen. The boy, who seemed to be 'dressed' up like a Linoone, groaned to himself, lifting a cream, clawed hand up to his head, rubbing it.
He turned around to lean his back up against the tree. Never again was he going to run in a forest. It was hard enough in a town, but forests were the worst... Cyan eyes blinked a few times, allowing a couple of black dots in his vision to scatter. Only then did he notice the trainer and his Pokemon. Well, crap... He stared at the trainer, silently wishing to himself that the trainer nor his Pokemon noticed him.
While Anselm was wanting to fade into the tree, a red and white Pokemon hopped down from a near by tree. Normally the Pokemon would have went to help his trainer, but he was slightly more concerned with the scattered stolen belongings. The Zangoose began gathering the items, taking his sweet time. He really just wanted to see how the trainer would react. Hehe.

A mess was what one could call it. Black hair as wild as ever with clothes torn here and there. If no didn't know better they would think a boy was being attacked by a wild pokemon but no. It was his own. He chose this pokemon himself and now he was living with his choices. All one could hear was a pile of low rumbles from the pair. Matt growled like any dog pokemon would but no man normally let out. Naga had firm hold of the boy's clothes knowing even if he was on top the boy could flip him over. It was just a waiting game for both.
Now Matt had a plan he was proud of. He was going to flip the pokemon and show him who was really boss but a thud kind of snapped him out of it. The pressure on his back lessened as Naga let go and stood on two feet to get a better view of the source. They could be easily distracted from each other and it was perfect timing. The blue pokemon jumped off Matt who was slowly forgetting the fight they were just in. Both were just curious. Naga was hoping it was a Pidgey who was too stupid to fly. Matt was just hoping it wasn't trouble. He didn't need another episode of stubbornness out of his pokemon. Not right now.
"Hello?" "TOTO!"
Matt and Naga both sent greetings out to the forest trying to get what ever made that sound to come out. Well Naga's was more forceful but both were somewhat polite. As Matt got up off the ground he started to follow his pokemon but found he could easily see the cause from his height. His eyebrow rose on his left side as he stared at an overzealous cosplayer. Some people liked their pokemon but others were really dedicated. Now one could find the thought rude but Matt had never meet a pokemorph. The person was trying to blend into the shadows so if anything was noticeably attached he couldn't tell.
"Umm,...yo."
Naga walked without his trainer through the brush and into the open area where the other team was. He paid no mind to Zangoose since when Anselm's scent hit his nose he was expecting a Linoose. He stared hard tilting his head trying to figure out the strange being. Was it a Linoose or a person? He swore he smelt another pokemon but that one really looked like a human. The trainer and the pokemon started to have the same expression as Naga slanted his right eye to match his confused human.
<What?>
Starting to walk forward Matt trying to look a bit more friendly. He didn't know if he stumbled upon a crazy pokemon lover or a in-tuned trainer. He wasn't going to take chances and start off rude just to get beat later. Dodging branches and walking through the bushes that separated them he kept a gentlemen's smile. A few beads of sweat appeared as his foot hit one of the many items. Maybe he shouldn't be here...Well it was too late now. He had too many thoughts and theories to back out now. He wanted to know who this person was.
"You alright over here?
